Terms of Service – LVMH Staff

  • This is offered to all LVMH Staff only.

  • Each LVMH staff can submit orders only via e-platform and all submitted orders cannot be changed.

  • Items sold are on non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable basis.

  • The images of the items on the website are for illustrative purposes only. The item packaging may vary slightly from those images.

  • All items will be sold in “as-is” condition at a discounted price and may not be in pristine condition.

  • Payment is completed by Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard), G-Cash, GrabPay or Paymaya account via e-platform only. Cash/Cheque payment will NOT be accepted.

  • Staff purchase limit per month, each LVMH staff is entitled to; Executive – Php 24,000, Non Executive – Php 24,000 as a monthly total maximum purchase amount. The entitlement will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward in the next month.

  • All orders are processed and shipped according to delivery date & time chosen in the checkout page.

  • Items sold are available for delivery with below details:

    (a) Delivery will be arranged from 09:00 am – 8:00pm, excluding Sunday & Public Holidays.

    (b) A tracking waybill no. will be sent before delivery. A call should be received before delivery to double confirm delivery time.

    - Residential address: PHP XX applies if order amount is below PHP XX (per order)
    - Commercial / Industrial address: Free of charge

  • (d) Extra charge is required for stair carry or without lift at PHP XX/floor/carton, up to 8 floors

    (e) Delivery service only covers XX. Delivery service is not applicable to XX, and restricted areas. 

    (f) If items have not been successfully delivered to the delivery address as indicated in the order details, a re-delivery will be charged at PHP XX.

    (g) If you need to reschedule the delivery service, please email to onlinesalesPH@shop.moethennessy.com or call our Customer Service Hotline at +63 2 8877 4888 during the office hour 2 days in advance. Otherwise an administration fee for PHP XX will be charged.

  • All items are available while stock last.

  • Delivery will be rescheduled/delay in case of bad weather, serious flooding or blocked or closed road. MH Philippines Customer Service Team will contact the affected customer within 24 hours to re-arrange the delivery.

  • The person receiving the items at the delivery address must be 18 years of age or above and should be deemed your authorized representative and that any instruction / information provided and act done by you.

  • All information is strictly confidential

  • This sales benefit is extended to LVMH Staff for personal use or genuine gifts to family and friends without monetary or non-monetary reimbursement. Resale of items purchases from this sales event with or without profits or commission or any kind of benefits is strictly forbidden.

  • Moët Hennessy Philippines Inc reserves the right to make the final decision in case of disputes.
